Dr. Holly Thompson originally began her acupuncture training in the 1980’s when, as the mother of three small children, she experienced crippling migraines and mysterious skin outbreaks. There were no satisfactory medical treatments available so, in desperation, she tried acupuncture. The acupuncture worked wonderfully and she was compelled to learn the art so that she could help others.
Holly loves to work with people to overcome pain, digestive problems, chronic skin issues, infertility, and hormone issues. Her goal is to help people improve health so that they can do the things they want to do in life and live fully and joyfully. Now practicing acupuncture for over 25 years and deepening it with the multidisciplinary approach at Spring Integrative Health.
When Holly is not working in the clinic, you will usually find her skiing, tending her garden, or hiking with her three dogs. She knows that play, sleep, exercise, and time in nature are the best medicines.
