Dr. Bonville believes that naturopathic medicine can help you feel great, look wonderful, and have the energy you need to enjoy life. She feels that the body has the ability to heal itself and she will help you discover the root cause of you disease or imbalance.
While she enjoys all aspects of family healthcare, Dr. Bonville holds a special interest in women’s health issues, hormone imbalances, digestive problems, integrative cancer and autoimmune care. She treats all gynecological problems, menstrual disorders, menopause, and reproductive issues. She offers a full scope of women’s health care needs including annual exams, breast exams, hormone testing, and nutritional screening. Dr. Bonville is committed to providing an integrative experience while combining conventional medicine with naturopathic philosophy. She is able to work closely with your other physicians on your behalf to maximize treatment success.
Dr. Bonville graduated with a Doctorate in Naturoapthic Medicine from National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon. While at NCNM she did extensive training in women’s health, homeopathy, gastroeneterolgy and oncology. She has had the opportunity to mentor under some of the top integrative doctors in the United States and has completed a several extracurricular certificate programs in classical homeopathy, bio-therapeutic drainage, Ayurvedic medicine and gynecology.
In 2009, Alisun Bonville, ND was the first physician to join the founders of Grain Integrative Health in Portland, Oregon. During her time at Grain, she functioned as a primary care physician with an emphasis in women’s health. Grain is known for it’s innovations in the field of integrative medicine and is a front-runner in complementary health care in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to NCNM, Dr. Bonville completed a post-graduate internship at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA earning a license in Medical Technology. For seven years she worked as a medical technologist at Northwest Cancer Center in Portland, where she worked directly with cancer patients and specialized in hematology and oncology. Dr. Bonville earned a BS in Microbiology/Medial Technology from Montana State University.
Dr. Bonville is the founder and owner of Spring Integrative Health. She is dedicated to sustainable business and clinical practices and the development of provider awareness in the field of complementary and alternative health.
Dr. Bonville prides herself on having a passion for nature and the environment. She balances her career with yoga, rock climbing, and connecting with nature at every opportunity. She is co-founder of the Sacred Collective: A Women’s Circle, a group that promotes interpersonal growth and sustainable community relationships. A Bozeman local and fifth generation Montanan, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two sons in the beautiful Rocky mountains.
